If you were involved in an accident and your vehicle is not drivable, it will be towed to SGI's Commercial Claims Centre where an estimate on repair work is completed. The adjuster will ask you which repair shop you would like repairs completed at, and they will arrange towing to the shop of your choice.

If your vehicle is drivable, please file out and online accident report or call the SGI Claims Centre most convenient for you and make a report to them. SGI will set up an appointment for you to drive through their claims centre and get a repair estimate done. Please bring your SGI repair estimate with you when you come to Regina Auto Body or click here to use our on line appointment. You may require an appointment; we are open Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. The office is the first area you will visit. A service writer will go over the damages with you and explain exactly what repairs are required. He will also check and order parts, and arrange an appointment to start repairs. A reminder call is given in most cases prior to your appointment.

If you were not at fault in the accident and the other party has accepted responsibility for the damages, you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle at no charge to you. We can also arrange a replacement vehicle for you if you have loss of use coverage on your insurance policy. RAB also offers replacement vehicles to eligible customers for a small daily charge.
